Big Brill Camp relies on volunteers to make the weekend run smoothly and safely for everyone.

Our early bird tickets prices are only available in exchange for one of your party donating 2 x hours of their time to help out at the event.

You can select your preferred volunteering role and time slot when you buy your tickets.  We will do our best to give people the jobs they’ve asked for, but please note that we may have to ask you to do something different if we’re short-handed on the day.

Volunteer slots go quickly so please book early for the most choice.

Refund Policy

Big Brill Camp is a fundraising event.  It costs a lot to put on and we are dependent on ticket sales in advance to ensure we cater sufficiently and efficiently for the number of people we are expecting.  As such, we’re sorry but we will not be able to issue refunds if your plans change and you can no longer attend having bought tickets.
