What is Big Brill Camp?

For those new to Big Brill Camp, it’s a two-day family festival and camping weekend, held in a stunning location just outside Brill.

Now on its seventh outing, Big Brill Camp (BBC) offers families and friends of the village a unique, magical experience with live music and entertainment suitable for all ages, plus everything you need on-site to enjoy a memory-making weekend of outdoor fun.

The festival is organised entirely by parents and friends of the school and embodies a spirit of fun, freedom, and community.  It also raises important funds for our wonderful village school.

Expect a weekend jam-packed with things to see and do.  This year’s activities team is currently beavering away at the line up but to give you a flavour, last year we had kids’ rugby and football, yoga, family disco, grown ups’ silent disco, forest school, music and theatre workshops, wicker weaving, arts and crafts and a very popular slippy slide (the weather was glorious!).  Plus, fantastic live music, comedy and delicious local food and drink from multiple pop-up stalls and our centre-piece bar!

This year, you can expect all of the above and more.  With brand new additions for 2025 including tractor and pony rides, cocktail-making classes and a teen chill-out and movie space.

Book your tickets now to take advantage of our ‘early bird’ prices.

TICKETS

When can I buy my tickets?

Discounted, early bird tickets are available to buy now! Importantly though, you can currently only buy a ticket when at least one adult in your party volunteers to help at the event for a minimum of two hours. This is because Big Brill Camp depends on having enough adult helpers to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely for everyone. You can select from a range of volunteer jobs and time slots over the weekend, but the best ones go quickly so get in fast for the most choice! We also offer the option to pay in a couple of installments for those who would like to.

VOLUNTEERING

Can I help?

You most certainly can! As we get closer to the event, there are lots of ways to get involved, from offering to run an activity, to being part of the build team, to stuffing welcome packs. Please email us to express your interest or to find out more.

In addition to helping out in the run up to the event, there are volunteer slots that need filling over the weekend itself. In fact, Big Brill Camp depends on us having enough adults helping out at the event to ensure it's safe and enjoyable for everyone. For that reason, you can only buy a ticket (at our discounted, 'early bird' rates!) if one of the adults in your party offers to volunteer for a minimum of two hours over the weekend. Go to our SHOP page to find out more and to buy tickets.

Volunteer slots go quickly so please book early for the most choice OR If you’d like to help more – and get involved in making Big Brill Camp happen in the lead up to June 2025 – please email the team using the button below. We’d love to hear from you!

REFUND POLICY

Can I get a refund?

Big Brill Camp is a fundraising event.  It costs a lot to put on and we are dependent on ticket sales in advance to ensure we cater sufficiently and efficiently for the number of people we are expecting.  As such, we’re sorry but we will not be able to issue refunds if your plans change and you can no longer attend having bought tickets.
